You are a trinity. You own a mind, a body, and a soul. When you are centered, everything is good and feels good. It seems like almost nothing can drag you down or stop you from reaching your goals. When you are unbalanced, like having a cold (body imbalance), worrying all day and night (mind imbalance), or feeling lost in life and all alone (soul imbalance), then you most likely feel bad.
It is very normal when you experience times of imbalance. It’s okay. It’s human. This is usually the time when we grow as personalities and become better and stronger. When you want to reach the next level of your life, you have to go through a development process, and usually this causes (growth) pain.
It is NOT okay when you stay in your position for years and years, complaining and blaming others. It’s, unfortunately, human as well and, again, it is NOT okay to NOT take action! Let the new normal be: Taking responsibility to create a better life for you and affecting others in a positive way as a result of your own happiness.
